1. It’s been a long time coming, but Josh Henderson’s waterfront restaurant Westward and neighboring oyster bar/market Little Gull Grocery officially opens today on north Lake Union. Come by foot, bike, car or vessel: The aquatic-themed eateries include boat parking.

2. Seattle Tilth’s Harvest Fair is this Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Meridian Park in Wallingford. The all-ages event includes a cider pressing, urban livestock demo, seed swap and DIY herb crown-making booth. The full schedule is here.

3. CHS reports that Central Co-op is staying put for another five years at its home on 16th Ave. and Madison St. Current membership is at about 12,000.

4. Seattle’s Night Market & Moon Festival is this Saturday on 5th Ave. S and Union Station Plaza in the ID. Twenty local food trucks will be on-hand serving $5 Asian or Asian-inspired nosh. The event lasts from 6:00 pm to midnight.
