With all due respect to the revamped Husky Stadium—which admittedly is the most picturesque college football stadium in the country—nothing beats a game at CenturyLink Field. And we’re not just talking about the Seahawks here. Sure, being at the Clink to see the 12th Man roar and the Seahawks soar is one of the most impressive sights in all sports, but to truly appreciate the stadium’s design and brilliance, it’s the Sounders you need to see. Nothing beats the unique intensity and camaraderie of 45,000 fans (on average) filling CenturyLink in Rave Green, cheering and chanting the Sounders to victory. Even during a nil-nil tie, it’s obvious there’s something special afoot at the Clink.
