Here’s footage from the attempted bus robbery in West Seattle a few weeks ago. It’s cooler than anything we imagined when we first heard about Metro passengers banding together to take out a gunman.

We call on Mayor-elect Ed Murray to give this guy the Seattle Nads of Steel Award, pronto.

By the way, when word first got out about this a few weeks ago, we asked the cops whether it’s actually a good idea to confront dudes with guns on crowded buses. They pretty much said it’s not not a good idea.
