The crew of four were flying at low altitude approaching the small town of La Push, about 100 miles west of Seattle, when something went wrong. The county says the helicopter hit a power line about 250 feet off the ground. Members of the Quileute Nation found three of the crew shortly after the crash. The tribe members tried to perform CPR, but only one on board managed to survive.
