Playing for the White Swan Cougars 2B football team on the Yakima Indian Reservation this season, Picard rushed for over 700 yards and 15 touchdowns. His friends call him “Big Tone.” According to Northwest Prep Report, Picard hopes to take his game to the next level and play in college.
