Several news outlets tonight are reporting the latest friendly fire investigation into the death of Fort Lewis Ranger and ex-NFL star Pat Tillman will blame nine officers, including four generals, for the breakdowns in reporting the true cause of his death. The officers are being accused of failing to follow regulations and of using poor judgement that resulted in the truth being kept from Tillman’s family for more than a month. More details here.
