On Friday, controversial Mars Hill pastor Mark Driscoll made waves with a tweet declaring, “If you are not a Christian, you are going to hell. It’s not unloving to say that. It’s unloving to not say that.”

While it’s unclear whether Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson believes everything that comes out of Driscoll’s mouth (or Twitter account), Seattle’s star quarterback apparently was willing to sit down with the Mars Hill pastor to talk Jesus and running the read option for Him in a video that was posted to YouTube on the very same day that Driscoll’s non-believers-are-going-burn-in-Hell tweet hit timelines. In the video Wilson comes off a bit like Tim Tebow, only with actual skill at the quarterback position.
