A man brandishing a handgun on 10th and Union is being sought by police after escaping into the nearby German Auto Repair building. The police have cordoned off the building and SWAT is currently on response. No shots have been fired thus far. Negotiators are reportedly trying to coax the man out of the building and are reporting that he is likely suicidal.UPDATE 2:08 P.M.: The man is now in SPD custody.
