Motor scooters are an exciting mode of alternative transportation.”Drago is a big fan of “alternative” transportation. She’s also the one pushing more routes for the SLUT. Scooter riding is a choice way to get around, but this is clearly a cleaver ploy to get the Capitol Hill vote.
