When local ice creamery Full Tilt recently announced its latest, super local flavor—Mudhoney—grunge lovers and ice cream geeks everywhere shared a smile. The flavor, which owner Justin Cline says is “made with honey from the bees at Shipwreck Honey, located in the Alki neighborhood of West Seattle and with spices from World Spice Merchants near Pike Place Market” will celebrate its official launch next Wednesday at its flagship location in White Center. But Cline’s taking the whole local thing to the next level and just announced Mudhoney themselves will make an appearance.
