The party has to end sometime. After all the drinks have been downed and cabs have been called, a bartender is given a unique opportunity: What song to end the night with? It’s a chance to capture the mood of the room or the best way to get folks to scram. There’s always the classic—and cheesy—Semisonic tune, “Closing Time,” but when we asked bartenders from five Seattle neighborhoods about their picks, the results were much more interesting.

In fact, we think you should guess. Below are five song titles and a brief explanation why the track gets played at night’s end. Match the right song to its bartender and you win! The prize? The satisfaction that your next drink is one you rightfully earned, you night owl you.

1) “Babylon,” SZA featuring Kendrick Lamar “I play it ’cause it’s slow but mentally uplifting . . . Her voice is down low and sexy.”

2) “The Closing Song,” Red Peters “I like playing this song at the end of the night because it can be difficult to get the attention of patrons at closing time, and this song seems to do the trick as well as get the point across that it’s time to go!”

3) “Pour Me Another,” Atmosphere Oh, the irony: “It’s pretty funny.”

4) “This Must Be the Place,” Talking Heads “It’s just a gentle push to remind people it’s time to go.”

5) Anything classical “It gets people leaving.”
