Should you feel the need to do some drinking this evening, consider heading to Nectar Lounge and doing so to the DJ stylings of some of Seattle’s finest: Vitamin D, DJ Supreme La Rock, DJ B Mello, DJ DV One and host Sonny Bonoho. Not only does this roster read like a who’s who in Seattle DJs, all proceeds from the sale of 42 Below vodka will be donated to Convoy of Hope to benefit victims of the earthquake in Haiti. The venue suggests an additional $10 donation at the door, but you can give more if, say, vodka isn’t your libation of choice. And if you can’t make it, hit up the Red Cross if you haven’t already. As every major media outlet has made brutally clear, things are pretty bad down there, and they can use all the help they can get.
