Chona Kasinger This up-and-coming local shooter—and regular in these pages and on seattleweekly.com—celebrates the opening of her new photo show at Caffé Vita. She’s recruited John Van Deusen (The Lonely Forest), Erik Walters (the Globes), and Benjamin Verdoes (Mt. St. Helens Vietnam Band) to play acoustic sets for the occasion. Caffé Vita, 1005 E. Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band Starr is probably best known as Mr. Conductor on the PBS children’s show Shining Time Station; his current All-Starr Band (get it?), which includes Todd Rundgren, plays the songs of the little-known ’60s pop group the Beatles.
