My friend K. Hiestand is an excellent photographer. Currently, she’s taking a course called Quiet, Quiet, Loud!: Documenting Live Music In Seattle, taught by none other than Lance Mercer who expertly documented Pearl Jam both on and off stage. These shots are from another of her “homework assignment” on October 10, which called for no flash use whatsoever and to focus on capturing the “mood” of the experience. Performers included Grynch and J. Pinder, but these photos are not meant to convey that exactly.
