Lady Gaga will embark on a 31-date summer tour in June, kicking off in Quebec and winding its way across the U.S., including, yes, a Seattle Tacoma date. Gaga, who premiered her latest video, “Telephone,” last week, will bring her “pop-electro opera” to the Tacoma Dome on August 21.
