As of yesterday evening, listeners can now stream the new Common Market EP, The Winter’s End for free over on this site. They’ve got five new songs on the project that are all a little different but seem to carry the spirit of rebirth within them. There’s also a New Orleans theme that’s evident from the album artwork, and also some of the music itself. There’s horns and funeral themes and various aesthetics that make me think of post Katrina New Orleans. So check it out folks. It’s a good project and it won’t cost you a dime to listen to it. Sabzi’s production on these tracks are vastly different than anything I’ve heard him make before as well.
