As I mentioned in my column this week, Sunn o))) will be in quintet form when they play Neumo’s this week, but that is only for Thursday night’s show. Tonight’s show is just the core duo of Stephen O’Malley and Greg Anderson, playing the GrimmRobe Demos. That’s going to be a fantastic exercise in thunderous minimalism, but my money’s on Thursday’s more epically proportioned show, for sure.
