The grand opening of Nue Restaurant on Capitol Hill is this upcoming Saturday and a lucky few have already been able to get sneak peeks and plates this week. Located at 1519 14th Ave. between Pike and Pine, Nue will focus on bringing diners a diverse array of internationally-influenced street food in a casual setting ideal for sharing. We profiled Nue in early October and have been eagerly awaiting its opening. The menu will change frequently and is likely to appeal to world travelers or those that want to live vicariously through food. Bon voyage!
