1. Tickets for the Northwest Tequila Fest go on sale today. The annual event features 140 tequilas and mezcals, plus beer from Tecate and Dos Equis, cocktails, and food from Agave, Poquitos, and Calle. 2. North Seattleites have a new watering hole: Lantern Brewing opened last week at 95th and Aurora. The brewery began as a nano back in 2011, selling beer at the Phinney Farmers Market before going bricks-and-mortar, according to the Washington Beer Blog. Their tasting room is open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 5 to 9 PM.

3. Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi of Revel and Joule fame have announced the name of their upcoming Capitol Hill restaurant. Trove will sprawl over 4,000 square feet and will include a Korean barbecue, noodle stand, dessert window, and bar, reports Eater Seattle.
