1. The Daily Meal has released its list of America’s 25 Best Bartenders, and Adam Fortuna of Cascina Spinasse and Artusi earned a place at #19. The Daily Meal whittled their list down from 550,000 bartenders around the country.

2. The Seattle Street Food Festival is expanding this year. Last summer’s inaugural event drew over 26,000 people and was incredibly crowded. To disperse some of those crowds, the August event will now last two days, reports the Capitol Hill Seattle blog. The event will feature more than 65 street food vendors, three bars and beer gardens, indoor lounges, live entertainment, and the addition of the Urban Craft Uprising Village with around 100 local craft vendors.

3. Champagne importer Fat Cork will host a series of seminars in its underground transform its underground cave in Lower Queen Anne. The first course, Champagne 101, is set for March 19 and will act as an introduction to storing, opening, pouring, and drinking bubbly. Owner Bryan Maletis will also talk about producing champagne and his exclusive sourcing direct from growers in France. Participants will taste six champagnes in the course. Future seminars will focus on champagne growing regions and food pairing.

4. Eat at your own risk: Last week a man was arrested for attacking a stranger after demanding a bite of his burrito. The victim refused to share his food with the suspect, who then punched the victim in the head. Police caught the suspect before he boarded a bus and booked him in King County Jail.
