1. Dinette fans rejoice! While they look for a new home, the beloved restaurant’s crew will host a pop up at Solo Bar on Queen Anne. The April 6 event will carry a spring time, Italian theme, with seasonal produce, lamb, and “other surprises.” Dinette only has room for 24 people, so respond ASAP to Melissa_at_Dinette@mail.vresp.com.

2. Olivar is closing on north Capitol Hill, and Capitol Hill Seattle has the deets on what’s coming next for the Loveless Building. Husband-and-wife duo Eric and Zarina Sakai is opening Restaurant Marron, where they’ll serve elaborate multicourse dinners twice a night.

3. Belltown is getting another restaurant, thanks to Marcus Johnson and Jessica Gifford, owners of The Rabbit Hole, Bathtub Gin, and Lava Lounge. Eater Seattle says the pair’s new restaurant, The Bear and the Bee, is set to open any day now and will feature enormous sandwiches on Grand Central Bakery bread.

4. Margarita lovers may have to pick another drink of choice. The price of limes grown in Mexico has skyrocketed in recent weeks, from $20 a case to over $100. Bad weather and drug cartel activity are to blame.
