1. Soda Jerk is taking it to the streets. Looking for a way to serve customers tamarind ginger and blackberry cardamom sodas beyond the farmers market, the artisan pop purveyor purchased a truck and has turned to Kickstarter to help get it up-and-running. At last check, the Soda Jerk Soda Truck was more than a quarter of the way to its goal.
2. Redline WS opened its doors on the ground floor of The Residences at 3295, reports West Seattle blog. Check out the sports bar’s menu, split into sections including “Slider Insanity,” “Wings Unleashed” and “Pizza Mania.”
3. Speaking of West Seattle, fried chicken and whisky joint Ma’ono is open for brunch from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on the weekends. That means you can now get insanely delicious fried chicken in nugget form served with french toast and sausage gravy.
4. Pizza and pasta spot Benito’s Chicago Eatery will donate 15 percent of the proceeds from food and drink sales to the Ballard Food Bank this Tuesday, November 12 from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. No reservations are required, but wearing a napkin around your shirt collar is recommended.
