The second installment of Central District-based cafe Broadcast Coffee is up and running on Bellevue Ave., according to Capitol Hill Seattle. In addition to coffee, the cafe serves treats from Macrina Bakery and Mighty O Donuts.In other news, The Seattle Times reports that the owners of artisan pizzeria Delancey have opened its highly anticipated cocktail bar called Essex door next door at 1421 N.W. 70th St.
