The authors of The Ethnic Paris Cookbook, Charlotte Puckette and Olivia Kiang-Snaije, visit the Kirkland Sur La Table to give a cooking lesson from their new book, at 6:30 p.m. TONIGHT (Friday, April 20).Their cook book explores the many cuisines that find their home in Paris, from Vietnamese to African to Caribbean.
