Seattle foodies, let’s look at what eats we’ve gained and lost this week.

Starting with losses: Greenwood said goodbye to Paladar Cubano. The popular truck stationed at 8953 Aurora Avenue North stopped slinging Cuban sandwiches on Wednesday.
Magnolia lost Italian kitchen La Mondellina at 3111 West McGraw Street, according to Magnolia Voice. But the owners plan to reopen as a Neapolitan-style pizzeria in a month or so.
While we’re on Italian cuisine, over in Capitol Hill, Panevino (formerly announced as Pasta?) is now open for business at 416 Broadway.
In the Central District, Cheeky Cafe is open for business at 17th and Jackson. It features an eclectic range of home-style cooking, from okonomiyaki to bacon-topped meatloaf.
West Seattle gets its share of comfort food, a la Southern-style barbecue. Jones Barbeque is now open for business at 4417 Fauntleroy Way Southwest.
Noteworthy additions coming soon to other neighborhoods include a 24-hour I Love New York Deli on First Hill, a Japanese-style crepe stand called Tokyo Sweets housed in Boom Noodle in the U-District, and the first American franchise of famous Taiwan-based dumpling restaurant Din Tai Fung in Bellevue.
