The individual who applied for a beer/ wine license at the address owns other Round Table franchises, including the Burien location. In other news, Belltown People reports that Copper Cart at 113 Bell St. has closed. Replacing it is Empire Lounge, run by the same folks behind Last Supper Club in Pioneer Square.
