Roosters Breakfast Club is scheduled to open tomorrow in the former Val’s Cafe space on Phinney Ridge, featuring breakfast until 3 p.m. and lunch every day.I stopped by yesterday and spoke with a man who not only told me the owner spent 9 years cooking at Pete’s Egg Nest, but that he’s already planning another location. And just a few doors down, next to Santa Fe Cafe, I found this:A new Thai restaurant, Tangerine, is also moving into the neighborhood.I’m excited to try Roosters this weekend. If you go before me, will you let me know what you think? I hear the portions are going to be ginormous. Rooster’s Breakfast Club6020 Phinney Ave. N.Tangerine5914 Phinney Ave. N.
