Rocco’s is now up and running at 2228 2nd Ave. in Belltown, according to SeattlePI.com. The pizzeria creates all of its menu in-house using local meats and organic greens. Gluten-free and vegan options are also available. Even better: the bar boasts 300 spirits, plus house-made Amaretto and Limoncello. Hours are 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
