Rillettes at Le Pichet Campagne co-founder Ted Furst will open a French-inspired restaurant and bar at 2200 Carillon Point in Kirkland, according to The Seattle Times. Le Grand Bistro Americain will feature dishes by chef Scott Emerick, formerly of Cremant and Le Pichet, like pork rillettes and chicken liver mousse, as well as house-made bread, sausage, and ice cream.
