Restaurants Unlimited Inc. –the company behind Palomino and Stanford’s — is bringing a new venture to Seattle this September, according to Nation’s Restaurant News. Henry’s 12th Street Tavern, which first opened in Portland eight years ago, specializes in local beer, burgers, and what it deems its signature Gorgonzola fries. The location here will be named Henry’s First Avenue Tavern.
