In Ballard, Po Dog is scheduled to launch its third location at 2014 N.W. Market St. next week. The popular wiener establishment was originally supposed to open back in November, but was delayed by several inspections.

On Capitol Hill, The Wandering Goose is scheduled to open at 403 15th Ave. E. this June. The Southern-style cafe will feature biscuits, hush puppies, pimento mac n’ cheese, and more.
Downtown, Trace is now serving Pacific Rim-inspired cuisine in the former Earth and Ocean space at 1112 4th Avenue. The W Hotel’s new restaurant boasts a seasonal menu that currently includes kale soup and crispy skin Pacific Sable Fish.
In Queen Anne, beloved Fremont-based bakery Pie is opening a new shop in the renovated Seattle Center House at 370 Thomas St. The owners hope to have the business up an running before Memorial Day weekend.
Lastly, in West Seattle, the sign for Trader Joe’s has gone up at 4545 Fauntleroy Way S.W. Projected opening date remains April 13.
