Photo by Adriana GrantCaffe Vita is the parent company behind Neapolitan pizzeria Via Tribunali, and in the Pioneer Square coffee shop, this connection will soon be apparent.A round, red-tiled pizza oven sits in the corner of the cafe, which the baristas say should be up and running in a couple of weeks — “just as soon as they get the oven vented, and the air conditioning in, and push the oven back into the alcove, so it doesn’t take up quite so much room.” Hence, all you downtowners will soon be able to have your coffee and pizza, too.
