The Seattle Times reports that Matt Janke, founder and former owner of Matt’s in the Market, is opening a new restaurant downtown. Lecosho will be located at 89 University Avenue, overlooking Harbor Steps — you may recall the space was formerly occupied by Japanese restaurant Koji Osakaya.In case you’re curious, “lecosho” means “swine” in Chinook.
