MomijiSteve Han of popular Japanese eateries Umi Sake House and Kushibar in Belltown is opening another establishment on Capitol Hill this September, according to Eater Seattle. Momiji, at 1522 12th Ave., will be a Kyoto-inspired restaurant serving traditional Japanese cuisine, including sushi, and will also feature a full bar.
