Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt is coming to Queen Anne.Big restaurant news for Queen Anne residents: Seattle Magazine reports that Patric Gabre-Kidan, co-founder of How to Cook a Wolf and Tavolata, is starting a modern American restaurant called The Book Bindery at 198 Nickerson Street. The first day of business is set for Friday, October 1. Also coming to the neighborhood is California-based chain Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt in the Sweetbrier building at 2101 Queen Anne Avenue North, according to Queen Anne View. The opening date is TBA.Lastly, My Wallingford reports that Satay, a Malaysian street food-inspired restaurant, is moving into the former Avila space at 1711 North 45th Street. It plans to serve roti canai, curry puffs, and more, come November.
