The still unnamed establishment will feature a menu on which everything from the beer to bread to brats is made from scratch. A garden near the space will provide ingredients for the dishes served. There will also be an in-house brewery and distillery. Howie has yet to reveal the address of his new venture, except to say the two-and-a-half years in making project will be in Bothell.
