Hundreds turned out to the Paramount last night to nibble and sip at our annual Voracious Tasting. The event was sponsored by the Washington Beef Commission, and feted the winners of our annual Voracious awards: Salish Sea Trading Cooperative, winner of the 2013 Sustainability Award; and Off the Rez, winner of the 2013 Innovation Award.
