Full Tilt has opened its fourth shop at 5453 Leary Ave. N.W., according to Ballard News-Tribune. The popular ice cream parlor features eclectic flavors, beer and soda, and vintage pinball machines. In related news, all Full Tilt locations are now open on Mondays.
