Finn’s Bakery and Cafe is taking over the former Upper Crust Bakery space at 3204 W. McGraw St., according to Magnolia Voice. The establishment will feature baked goods ranging in style from Eastern European to Scandinavian to Italian. Meanwhile, a full-service espresso bar will feature Stumptown Coffee and once a license is approved, wine and beer will be available. Customers can also expect croissant-making and other baking classes. Finn’s should be up and running by November 30.
