The establishment will feature Greek and Mediterranean cuisine made from scratch, available for eating in and/ or delivery. In other news, Seattle Met reports that popular food truck Charlie’s Buns N’ Stuff is set to become a permanent concession stand on Green Lake in April. The menu will include grilled sandwiches, sliders, and — fingers crossed — buffalo chicken cheese balls.
