Beloved Fremont-based bakery Pie (see right) is opening a new shop in the renovated Seattle Center House at 370 Thomas St, according to Fremont Universe. The owners hope to have the business up an running before Memorial Day weekend. Pie will join another popular local eatery in the new center: Skillet.
