As Joseba Jimenez de Jimenez prepares to depart his beloved Harvest Vine (the restaurant will be run by his soon-to-be-ex-wife), catch him teaming up with chef Philippe Thomelin at Olivar for a Spanish/French/Basque-themed six-course dinner. While Thomelin was born in France, the two chefs share a Spanish cooking background and an affinity for carefully crafted small plates. Basque cuisine offers the perfect confluence of flavors.
