A revamped Joule is scheduled tentatively to reopen next Wednesday at 3506 Stone Way N., according to the Seatle Times. The beloved French-Korean restaurant closed its Wallingford doors in the spring. The new space will have 36 seats, an open kitch, and seasonal outdoor seating for 20. The menu will also include additional items, such as beef tartar with spicy cod roe and Asian pear.
