Well, I’m Back

Peter Jackson’s Tolkien trilogy plays Pioneer Square

Somehow Elijah Wood, possibly the wimpiest-looking actor of all time, has one up on bad asses Marlon Brando and Al Pacino. That’s because he has bragging rights for starring in the Lord of the Rings, the highest-grossing trilogy of all time, ousting favorites like The Godfather. Whether you’re an LotR buff or someone who has yet to experience why hobbit travels are so damn captivating, you can check out Frodo and his friends during Occidental Park’s screening. Good things come in threes, so bring your date each time you take in a piece of the glory—we all know what happens on the third date. (The Fellowship of the Ring plays Sept. 6, The Two Towers Sept. 20, and The Return of the King Sept. 27.)
