Altar Boyz

There’s not much in the music world riper for send-up than Christian rock and boy bands—that is, to the extent they’re not already self- parodies. Taking the form of an actual concert, Hedwig-style, this show does both, bringing us up close and personal with Matthew (the hunk), Mark (the confused one), Luke (the hip-hop wanna-be), Juan (the ethnic one), and Abraham (both ethnic and confused).
