Seattle Kennel Club All-Breed Dog Show

Where’s the busy bee?

When I meet new people, the first thing I always ask is “Do you have a dog?” Is that weird? Well, the folks at the Seattle Kennel Club All-Breed Dog Show probably wouldn’t think so. You too can celebrate your love of canines (not like that, you sickos) at the 70th annual event, where more than 2,000 pups will compete for best-in-show awards. Top dogs will be demonstrating their agility and obedience, but I’m most excited about the dog dance demonstrations. Screw all that sitting and staying—I want a dog with rhythm. Add that Christopher Guest mockumentary (Best in Show) to your Netflix queue to prep for the big event. Qwest Field Event Center, 800 Occidental Ave. S., www.seattledogshow.org. $5-$10, 2-day passes $8-$16. 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Sat., March 8-Sun., March 9. JEN HARPER
