Though the explosions of fireworks and “The Star-Spangled Banner” are great sounds, they might not quench your thirst for tunes this Fourth of July. Luckily, there’s a perfect opportunity to get a little more in your system: Sing Sing at the War Room, featuring Low Budget. Low Budget, aka Low-Bee or LB, is half of Philadelphia’s Hollertronix and a renowned DJ from coast to coast. He’s known for mixing music across genres, so it just might feel deliciously American to get that “melting pot” feel into your evening. And if the theme is American, this Capitol Hill club is the place to be. Sporting the motto “Peace Is Our Profession,” the walls are plastered in propaganda art and posters, giving it a very unconventionally patriotic feel. War Room, 722 E. Pike St., 328-7666. 9 p.m.
