Josh Blue stood out on NBCs reality show Last Comic Standing because a) he had cerebral palsy, and b) he constantly drew on his illness for jokes. The Evergreen State College alumnus snagged the fourth seasons winning title and has since made a name for himself on the national comedy circuit. Blues routine is peppered with observations about CP symptoms, such as his slurred speech being mistaken for drunkenness and uncontrollable muscle spasms making autograph signing a 15-minute ordeal. Blues best material, however, is based on his interaction with well-meaning but oblivious people who ultimately deserve far more pity than he does. In other words, dont fall for it if Blue comes onstage pretending to be a Make-a-Wish Foundation recipient. Moore Theatre, 1932 Second Ave., 467-5510, www.themoore.com. 7:30 p.m. $24.50$29.50.
