Chef Bobby Moores menu promises traditional and regional cuisine. The entrees include roast organic turkey breast; Wagyu ribeye with sweet potato fries, cranberry pesto, and veal demi-glace; and a grilled Karobuta pork chop with pumpkin agnolotti, Swiss chard, and nutmeg brown butter. This is not your mamas sit-down dinner, and such nostalgic holiday favorites as green bean casserole and marshmallow-topped yams will be absent.
