You wouldnt normally associate the Pacific Science Center with aphrodisiacs, would you? Sultry Science, this months twisted science lesson at the PSC, explores the physiological facts behind attraction, giving you a chance to flirt over drinks, learn a little, and undo your innocent childhood experiences romping around the giant dinosaurs. Try PSCs signature Love Potion No. 9 cocktail or sample aphrodisiac-inspired snacks like truffled twice-baked potatoes, find out what your lips say (when theyre not yapping) by a professional lipsologist, or listen to a lecture on the evolution of the human pair-bond. Then cap the evening with a laser show set to the music of KISS. The Centers monthly Science with a Twist program (every third Thursday) gives 21-and-overs an excuse to mingle and learn in an atmosphere their mothers would approve of. Admission includes snacks and your first drink at the bar. Pacific Science Center, Seattle Center, 443-3611, www.pacsci.org. $12-$15. 6 p.m. IRFAN SHARIFF
